So why should you come to Vision Saturday?

This is a question that leaders seem to have to answer over and over. It is frustrating but symptom of where people are at today.
Instead of being hungry to learn they become lethargic and hope everything will be dished up to them on a silver platter. They want everything to be easy instead of requiring effort.
Gone is the understanding of "Delayed Gratification", it has been replaced with "I want it now and I want it all and if you can't give it to me I won’t play".
I know this has started off as a hard type of email but I know the people that are coming through the ranks, the people that are climbing the leadership ladder. They know what they have to do succeed and they will do whatever it is they have to do to get there.
They know that if they don't understand something about this business they take the initiative to find the answer and move on.
I believe this is YOU. You are the person that can be leader on the ladder and take many on the journey as well.
Vision Saturday is not an event that you go to begrudgingly. It is an event you go to with your team. Creating energy and demanding results. Not results from anyone else but from yourself.
You see when you are the one getting the results you give others permission to do the same. When you are not getting results or doing anything, you again give others permission to do the same.
I was just on the phone to one my top Presidentials, he is truly setting the example. He has made 100 phone calls today and is doing this consistently.
Vision Saturday is a day of empowerment, a day when you learn but also become sharper.
